Privacy statement
Version 2026. Brize is responsible for processing personal data through Pagerankimprover. In case of a difference with the Dutch version, the Dutch version prevails.
1. Who we are
Pagerankimprover is a service of Brize (Chamber of Commerce 74139533). Questions about privacy can be sent to marketing@brize.com.
2. What data we process
- Account and contact: name, email address, job title, phone number (if you provide it) and your password (stored encrypted only).
- Your organisation and requests: your website, its analysis, audiences, keywords, competitors and the texts we create for you.
- Payments: your plan, invoices and payment status. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we only see, for example, the card brand and the last four digits.
- Usage and security: your IP address and an anonymous browser identifier, to prevent misuse of the free analysis.
- If you enter your email address at the start of the onboarding but don't finish, we keep that address with your website so we can get in touch.
3. Why
- To provide the service and manage your account (performance of the contract).
- To contact you about your sign-up and your texts, and to prevent misuse (legitimate interest).
- To keep records of invoices and payments (legal obligation).
We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
4. Who else processes your data
We work with service providers that process data only on our behalf:
- Contabo: the server Pagerankimprover runs on;
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions and invoices;
- Cloudflare: domain and checking whether a visitor is human (Turnstile);
- OpenRouter and the AI models behind it: writing and analysing texts, based on your request and the text of websites;
- Serper (search results) and Jina AI (fetching web pages);
- our email provider, for sending emails.
Some of these parties are located outside the European Union. In that case, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or a comparable safeguard apply.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data and texts: as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (or have it deleted), we erase this data within 30 days.
- Invoices and payment data: 7 years, as required by law.
- Data from unfinished sign-ups and analyses: up to 12 months.
6. Cookies
We only use cookies that are needed for the site to work: to keep you logged in, remember your language and share the free analysis fairly. We don't use cookies for advertising or to track you.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Send an email to the contact address above; we respond within one month. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Security
We protect your data with, among other things, encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and limited access for administrators.
