Terms and conditions

Version 2026. These terms apply to everyone with a Pagerankimprover account. In case of a difference with the Dutch version, the Dutch version prevails.

1. Who we are

Pagerankimprover is a service of Brize, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 74139533, VAT number NL859786109B01. You can reach us at marketing@brize.com.

2. Who it's for

Pagerankimprover is intended for businesses, organisations and freelancers who use the service for their work. By creating an account, you confirm that you act on behalf of your business or organisation.

3. The service

Pagerankimprover analyses search results and websites and uses AI to write texts, advice and tips for better findability. We do our best to deliver good results, but we cannot guarantee any particular position in Google or other search engines. Search engines decide that themselves.

4. Your account

  • You provide correct details and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • The free articles are meant to get to know Pagerankimprover: once per organisation and, when adding a credit card or bank account, once per card or account.
  • In case of misuse, such as creating multiple accounts for extra free articles, we may block an account.

5. Articles, plans and payment

  • An article is one finished text. If creating a text fails, you get the article back.
  • A plan gives you a fixed number of articles every month. Plan articles you don't use expire at the end of the month. Extra articles (bought or received for free) don't expire as long as your account exists.
  • All prices exclude VAT. You pay in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment partner Stripe. The subscription renews automatically for the same period.
  • Adding payment details (credit card or bank account) is free: nothing is charged until you choose a plan or buy extra articles yourself.
  • If you upgrade to a larger plan, we settle the difference for the current period.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your own environment (Manage subscription). The subscription then continues until the end of the paid period; after that, nothing more is charged. There is no refund for a period that has already started. For yearly subscriptions, we send you a reminder before renewal.

7. The texts

  • The texts we create for you are yours: you may freely use, edit and publish them.
  • Check a text before you publish it. You are responsible for what appears on your website, such as the accuracy of claims, prices and details.
  • You don't use the service for texts that violate the law or the rights of others.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue or lower search engine positions. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence on our part.

9. Availability and changes

We keep Pagerankimprover available as well as we can, but maintenance or outages may occur. If we change these terms or our prices, we let you know at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district where Brize is established, unless the law requires otherwise.
